Onboarding Process

Onboarding Form

This information will let our team know how to set up your system, build your campaigns, and target your ideal clients best. We cannot begin until this step is complete, so be sure to get this done right away.

Account Setup

Once we receive your onboarding form and database, our team will begin setting up your lead and appointment generation campaigns and CRM system. You will also get to log in for the first time, sync your calendar, set up your profile, and access any courses you have.

Onboarding Call

On this call, you will meet your awesome Project Manager, Gia. They will help determine your ad spend budget, get access to your Facebook Page, set expectations, review how to get support, and answer any questions you have. We will be sending you a reminder text 1 hour before the call.

Database Reactivation Launch

Your database reactivation campaign (DR) will go live 1-2 days after your onboarding call. You can expect about 3% of your database to book a call with you. This percentage depends largely on the quality of your list.

Paid Ad Campaign Launch

Once your database reactivation campaign is live, our team will begin building your marketing campaigns. These will go live within 7-10 business days after your onboarding call.
